Welcome to the first episode of Butterball TurkeyTalk! During this holiday season, our own Turkey Talk-Line experts share their tips on how to make your holiday meal as stress-free and picture-perfect as possible.
The first episode of Butterball TurkeyTalk gets your holiday planning off to the right start with “Preparation 101.” It's hosted by our resident turkey experts, Mary Clingman, director of the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line, and Sherleen Clausen, director of the Butterball Test Kitchens.
Each episode will give you a quick, step-by-step lesson on essential turkey and holiday planning tips with the Butterball 5-Minute Lesson. This week, Mary begins with party prep ideas and tips for getting “holiday ready.” Then Sherleen walks you through the basics for cooking the perfect turkey.
Episode 1 ends with a memorable call from the Turkey Talk-Line, as well as fun turkey trivia that you can even use to test your guests. We hope you listen, learn…and enjoy!
