Duane Newton recently finished his first sprint triathlon. Like many of our first races, his friends and family were at the finish line to congratulate him. But unlike many of our first races Duane had to loose almost 100 pounds to just be able to start the race. Last week I showed you the incredibly inspirations video of Duane's race. Today you can get the full story on how Duane lost the huge amount of weight and got to the starting line.
