In the continuation of the HBCU series, this is an interview with Dr. Lawrence A. Davis, Jr., Chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, a 130+ year old university. He is the son of the former Chancellor and President of UAPB, Lawrence A. Davis, Sr., who served from 1943 to 1973.
