キーワード：健康食品は「治る」と言えば言うほど、胡散臭くなる。解説：どんなに優れた効果効能があっても、「凄い」「凄い」とがなりたてると、お客は信用しない。効果効能を強調するよりも、効果以外で得られた顧客の喜びを伝えてみよう。たとえば、「この健康食品で、ガンが治ります」というのは薬事法違反。その代わりに、「母がガンになったとき、御社スタッフのＡさんが親身になって対応してくれたおかげで、いまは何の心配もなく日々過ごしています」というようにサービス面を強調することで、ライバルとの差別化ができる。Download MP3(01Min2Sec, 1MB)
