Blue DIstortion|Look at the Skies - 42 Negative Statements Episode
Look at the Skies is a duo of Australians (Scott and Rob) curently residing in London. All of their tracks, which are available on their website, are played and recorded live with only minimal preparation. They use a Powerbook, Ableton Live, Absynth, Phatmatic Pro, MFB Synthlite II, DSI Evolver, BugBrand Weevil, Korg Electribe and various circuit bent pedals. There are some images on their website of the setup. These electronics combine to form a sinister, 20 minute journey entitled 42 Negative Statements. It is ambient, noisy, dark as ****, and will probably destroy your speakers, ears and neural connections. Most of all, it's a lot of fun! Enjoy!
