He meant that he and his band had been ripped off by their management, but we can use it to ask Republicans if they think they've been cheated by the likes of big government man Judd Gregg, who claims that his CPR Health Plan is not an "increase in government".
Funny, but when citizens are FORCED to get health insurance, that seems to be an increase in government.
