Nuevos Sonidos Afro Peruanos, distributed by Wrass records 233. They take us on a journey of discovery of Afro-Peruvian music mixed with modern electronic sounds. The quijada is the skeleton of the lower jaw of the donkey reinvented by the African slaves of peru as a percussion instrument.
