Temple Talk|Independence Day: From the State of Israel to the Holy Temple Episode
Temple TalkWhat can we learn from the “leper,” whose sociopath tendencies result in a Divinely-ordained affliction which breaks out in the walls of his house, in his clothing, and in his skin? He must be isolated, placed “outside the camp,” where he warns everyone to stay away from him, calling out “I am impure, I am impure.” Can there be anything positive in such a situation? Is this G-d’s love at work? Rabbi Richman gushes and Yitzchak Reuven waxes eloquent with fascinating, original Torah insights into some of the secrets of the book of Leviticus.
