Though the mint filling is a sticky liquid and sweet, the dark chocolate cuts the sweetness and the result is a perfectly balanced mint chocolate bar. Excellent chocolate. Not waxy or chalky in any way and though the chocolate is dark, it is not bitter and just melts in the mouth.  Almond milk chocolate I love that this milk chocolate is darker than most milk chocolates. It is also not nearly as sweet, so the chocolate flavor really stands out. They are not shy with the almonds which are perfectly roasted and have no trace of bitterness. Each bite is filled with a good solid crunch as beautifully balanced milk chocolate floods the taste buds and oozes between the teeth. Fantastic.
