Happy Cinco De Mike-o Part 2 (subtitled) Dos de Mike-o!Intro…As some of you may or may not know, Mike went to the hospital recently for a few medical issues. You can find out more by listening to yesterday’s podcast.So since he’s out, a few of the guys back here thought it would be a good idea to dedicate at least two shows to Mike Norton.So let’s get started today with a few words for you Mike:(NKJV) Luke 12:22-23 Then He [Jesus] said to His disciples,“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing…”Mike, don’t worry. God is in control. He is in control of the Church. He is in control of the Ministries. He is in control of ALL of your life just as He is in control of ours. So if you are worried or concerned about anything, just know that God has already taken care of it.“We’ve got your back!”(NKJV) Matthew 9:28-29 And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them,“Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him,“Yes, Lord.” Then He touched their eyes, saying,â”According to your faith let it be to you.”Mike, it only takes– 2 words and a believing heart– to be healed. Not only of the physical sickness you’re going through right now, but also from discouragement or anything else that may be weighing down your heart. Those two words are“Yes, Lord.”Yes Lord, for healing.Yes Lord, for Grace.Yes Lord, for a cleansed heart and soul.Yes Lord, for a revitalized life through the Holy Spirit.Ok so practice with me… Y– e– s… L– o– r– d! Again… Yes Lord… And again…Good Job! Now it’s time to play a new game… It’s called Brag on Mike!I’ll start here with a brag, and then you can send your brags to Mike directly or post them online.There are several ways to describe Mike Norton.First, Mike is passionate and dedicated. Each morning, when listening to his podcast, the energy radiates through thousands of miles of wires right into your ears. His passion for the gaming ministry is evident each and every time he picks up a mic. And his passion for Jesus shows as a light to the entire world.Second, Mike has a huge heart! He has a genuine love for all people, and an openness that you don’t find every day. His love for God and his love for his brothers, in game and on the web, is nothing less humbling.
