Chicago Audio Journal|26th&Kostner Ave (CDC-2008-08-12) Episode
Request authority for the Department of Planning and Development to
negotiate a redevelopment agreement with Primestor Little Village, LLC
for redevelopment of the property located at the northwest corner of
26th Street and Kostner AVenue in the proposed Kostner Avenue Tax
Increment Financing Redevelopment Project Area, and to recommend to the
City Council of the City of Chicago the designation of Primestor Little
Village, LLC as Developer.
