Yahweh Divine Encounters in the Old TestamentLesson 14 - How to Respond to RejectionGenesis 37:12-36; 50:15-21Rejection brings hurt and pain.  Rejection can cause bitterness and anger.  When rejection comes our way, we have chooses to make--chooses that will determine whether or not we become bitter and whether or not we will be forgiving.  In our study this week, we will see how Joseph was rejected and how the acts of rejection sent him into very hard circumstances.  However, we will also see God's sovereignty play out in Joseph's life.  If God will work in Joseph's circumstance, he will work in yours and mine.
