English Daily Program -Today -AGRICULTURAL RESEARCHERS CHOOSE CANADA- Researchers from around the world discussed the decline in agricultural research in the developing world at the recent conference on Global Food Security at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. As Carmel Kilkenny reports, there may be fewer students pursuing the field at home, but they are continuing their studies and research here in Canada and that has benefits for their countries of origin -LIGHT SHOW PLANNED TO HONOUR CANADA'S WAR DEAD-This year marks the 90th anniversary of the end of WW I. Although to some it is seen as the distant past, award-winning Canadian screen and stage actor R.H. Thomson says that for him, it is still important today to honour the Canadians who were killed in WW I. To mark their sacrifice, he's working on a special light show project to be shown in several Canadian cities and in London, England, in November. As R.H.
