Mit neuen, niedrigeren Zuwanderungshürden sollen mehr hochqualifizierte Bewerber aus dem Ausland nach Deutschland geholt werden. Zur Zeit fehlen uns 400 000 Fachkräfte. Ab nächstem Jahr wird der deutsche Arbeitsmarkt allen Akademikern aus EU-Staaten offen stehen. Auch für Bürger aus Nicht-Eu-Staaten soll es attraktiver und einfacher werden, in Deutschland zu arbeiten und ein dauerhaftes Aufenthaltsrecht zu bekommen.
