Beam Me Up|#122 Pyramid of Amirah - J.P. Kelly + impressions on the Fringe Episode
This week I get to play a great story by James Patrick Kelly called "The Pyramid of Amirah" based on an odd Mayans practice. He tells in his preamble of the Mayans building a temple then building a pyramid over the temple enclosing it. So his story is set in present time but in an alternate universe where a religion is built up around pyramids covering temples of a sort. The inhabitants of the temples are both melancholy and wonderful at the same time and so much more.
