In this week’s news, The Piracy Bureau speaks on the inevitable failure of copyright on digital goods, what is at stake with the success or failure of white space devices, a new algorithm that exploits symmetries, and Google is preparing a neutrality measurement tool for the average user. Following up this week, just the introduction of the Canadian DMCA which I wrote about but the best analysis if from Michael Geist about which I've already commented, twice.
