Secrets of Digital Imaging|SDI Vol2No14 April 17, 2006 - The Wonder of Fill Flash Episode
Using a flash to fill in deep shadows can add dimension to your images. If you have a particularly contrasty image, you can use a flash to lighten the shadows and return the image to what you thought you saw with your eyes when you shot the image. Besides discussing fill flash for both point-and-shoot cameras and SLR cameras, I also discuss a Photoshop method of "fill" for images where you didn't use a flash to fillÃïïsaving older images.
