SHOWNOTES:The Babylon CowboysThis week was the 1st anniversary of the death of Iconic British Radio DJ, John Peel. He was a British institution and is sorely missed, as much for his sense of humour as the music he so avidly promoted. No website yet for Imprint (not to be confused with any other bands that might also be called Imprint), but I'm sure these young guys will get around to it. Imprint are: Jamo Ware-vocals, Johnny Lover-guitar, Tommy Migraine- guitar and Spencer Reinke-drums. "We are still quite young. We hate all governments especially George Bush, most celebrities, TV adverts, Popstars, The rock royalty, Metal bands, People too big for their boots, the weather (its pxxxxng it down right now) and many more! So listen to us Great Britain, we're really wonderful people when you get to know us."There's a longer review of the 2nd of my five favourite movies (but don't forget that they are being presented in no particular order) and an interview with a famous political figure. I also play some extracts from a recent Adam Curry, Daily Source Code, in which he denies himself an advertising income and attempts to undo some Jedi mind linking.James ApolloThis is Tumbleweed Roots Rock 'n Roll. You can hear the boxcars and taste the liquor. Wipe the dust from your guitar and enjoy! That's James Apollo in the photo, by the way.
