News: Onkyo 606 is out, get a 605 on the cheap.
The Onkyo TX-SR606 is out, which means there are closeout deals happening on the TX-SR605. Differences? The 606 has 4 vs 3 HDMI ports, and upsclaes analog inputs to 1080i instead of 720p. In other words, not much, so if you're in the market, the 605 is a potential steal.
Netflix/Roku Instant Watching box for $99
Netflix releases a small/cool/quiet $99 box. If you already have a subscription, movies cost you nothing, and you can watch as many as you want. The competition: Apple TV, Vudu, Tivo/Amazon Unbox, The Popcorn Hour.
