This podcast is the 1st half of chapter 27 from the book "ADD, Christianity, & the Church." The best working definition for spirituality is "being in proper relationship to the truth." Much of the stress in the ADDers life comes from NOT being in proper relationship to the truth. We try to fake it, fit in, and pass for normal much of the time. But it's like putting my size 9 foot into a size 6 shoe....
