In the U.S. he landed a principal role in the NBC soap opera, "Another World" and also played on CBS' "As the World Turns." On stage, among many other roles, he performed in the off-Broadway production of John Foster's play "Ceremony in Bohemia." This performance, as we learn in the interview, lead to his career as director and international broadcaster for Voice of America, the official international broadcasting service of the United States federal government.
