CeBIT Australia: Official Blog|Vice President, BITKOM and Hugo @CeBIT Australia Episode
As I wrapped up my chat with Mr. Jörg Shomburg it seems that something must have gone very right. We shook hands and started to head back into the VIP Lounge but were briskly interrupted by the General Manager of CebIT Fairs Australia, Ms. Jackie Taranto. Jackie put Mr. Shomburg and I into a huddle that would not look out of place on a basketball court, and proceeded to talk strategy. What I didn’t realize, and what I proceeded to be informed about, was of the arrival of a very VIP guest from BITKOM in Germany.Dr. Ralph Hinterman of BITKOM had arrived and was considered in very high esteem within the Deutsche Messe AG circle. The following interview is a casual look at two very influential men discussing some very inconsequential topics, coffee and travel.
