Swearing is merely the ultimate non-violent expression of anger, frustration, acclamation, and excitement. Regardless of the emotional source, such expressions make for powerful, interesting conversations and generally add to the passion of a moment. Yet, concurrently, they can be quite disconcerting if not done with some sensitivity to etiquette.
