Trumix.com offers a directory of downloadable and on demand content through the directories on trumix.com, podcastdirectory.com, penguinradio.com and other sites. This agreement applies to all Trumix websites as well as the use of the services offered by these sites.

• Violate any laws of their jurisdiction, or the laws of the United Stats or the United Kingdom.
Users are responsible for any activity that occurs under their user account. Users are responsible for any content that they submit, and are not to submit any material that is offensive or in violation of Intellectual property laws of their country, along with those of the United States or the United Kingdom.
When asked for personal information, users agree to post and maintain the information to ensure that is truthful and accurate and complete.
Trumix.com has the right to terminate any user at any time who is in violation of these or other terms.
